The second episode of our podcast ‘The Bad Perspective’ is out today. City Impro is delighted to reveal that we now have a podcast!

The Bad Perspective is all about the movies’ villains and the crazy ways they have tried to stop our heroes. We’ve combined our love for improv and movies and explore some batsh*t insane plans, identify rookie mistakes and offer advice to our struggling antagonists.

Subscribe to the The Bad Perspective on iTunes, follow us on Twitter (@badperspectives) and Facebook (/thebadperspective) as we take a fun look at your favourite movies and offer you a completely new perspective!

For our first episode join us as we discuss one of the most prolific villains ever: Lex Luthor. Continents will grow, pianos will be thrown and we say goodbye to a henchman gone too soon.

Had enough of the Election yet? Then come join us for some comedy respite at City Impro’s Comedy Club, an evening featuring some of the finest comedy talents upstairs at The Miller in London Bridge. We have four outstanding stand-ups who’ll have you chuckling away all evening:

Gatis Kandis – the man Simon Cowell dubbed the “funniest unfunny comedian”, Gatis is a Britain’s Got Talent Semi-Finalist but please ladies act cool, he’ll undoubtedly try to hit on every female on the audience simultaneously.

Samantha Baines – an award winning actress, you’ll probably recognise her off the TV, including on Lee Nelson’s Well Funny People, and in mid-May you can see her in the cinemas alongside Rupert Everett, Emily Watson in A Royal Night Out.

Nathan Cassidy – fresh back from his shows in LA, Nathan is an award-winning comedian who will be delighting us with some great gags and bringing on the raucous laughter.

John Flockton – writer for sketch group WitTank on the BBC and E4, he’ll be bringing the funny and keeping us all in shape, as he’s the MC for the show, so show him some love people!

Now, we couldn’t let the fact there’s a General Election two days away pass us by could we? Not when that’s so much comedy to laugh at (and that’s just the politicians). So head on down to see a General Election Special show of the hottest show in town…..the spectacular…IMPROV DEATHMATCH.
